| Remuneration policy | When we are at markets and festivals, the food and drinks are paid for by the foundation. Every year we organize a Christmas or New Year's reception for our volunteers. The costs are paid by the foundation. |
Financial Accountability
Kadowinja has permanent financial adoptive parents who donate money for their children every year.Every year new adoptive parents join. Kadowinja also receives one-time donations.
Every year we promote the foundation at markets and festivals,where we sell handmade items from Kenya.Other ways to generate money are: Providing meals,organizing fashion shows,giving lectures at schools,sponsors through activities.
